Consultant means the consultants or teaches nominated by Cruise Seminars or otherwise as agreed between the parties from time to time.

Key People means the individuals nominated by Cruise Seminars or otherwise as agreed between the parties from time to time.
Person means a natural person.
Personal Information means information or an opinion about an identified Person, or a Person who is reasonably identifiable:

(b) whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not;
(c) may include:

(ii) your professional registration details including any membership number;

(iv) technical data associated with web browsing, cookie data, and date and time of web site visit(s), and other data for analytical purposes;
(v) your or your organisation’s financial information, such as your bank account or credit card details, for any relevant purchases or for the purposes of credit eligibility; and

Sensitive Information means:
(a) information or an opinion about a Person's:

(iii) membership of a political association;

(vii) membership of a trade union;

3. Collection of your Information
(a) Due to the nature of the Services Cruise Seminars provides, it is impractical for us to deal with you without knowing your full name, address, telephone number, email address, and other contact details.
(b) When you enquire about or engage our Services, you are required to use truthful and accurate information and you will not have the option to use a pseudonym or otherwise mask your identity.
3.2 Personal Information
We collect Personal Information from and about you for the following purposes:
(a) the provision of the Services to you (Primary Purpose);
(b) any purpose secondary to the Primary Purpose; and
(c) direct marketing by us.
3.3 Sensitive Information
(a) We will only disclose your Sensitive Information for the purposes for which you provide it to us, or for directly related purposes that you would reasonably expect, or if you agree to the disclosure.
(b) The only Sensitive Information that we will request from you is your membership of a professional or trade association (where applicable).

4.1 If Cruise Seminars receives Information from you that we did not solicit from you and you draw our attention to this, we will, within a reasonable period after receiving the Information, determine whether or not we could have lawfully collected the Information had we solicited it.
